The scheme is to extend and completley refurbish an existing 1950's 4,000 sqm office building.

The building occupies most of a city block and suffers from the confusion arising from five different vehicular entrances, a barren undercroft and poorly organised carpark.

Our scheme provides a stylish new entrance, roof extensions, ground level extensions, communal break out space and restaurant all opening onto a new landscaped courtyard.

Planning permission was obtained in Jan 2010.
