This mixed-use development comprises a comprehensive refurbishment of a 4-storey Georgian townhouse previously used as offices and 2 full site cover industrial sheds to the rear, flanking the main railway lines out of Euston to give a mix of 6 residential units from 1 bed flats through to luxurious 3 bed courtyard ??????lofts?????? along with 2 x B1 work units.

This development demonstrates how industrial units within tight, landlocked sites can be intelligently re-used to create high quality residential accommodation. The rear buildings have been cut in half to form a shared courtyard. Each upper level residential unit has a further internal courtyard enabling discrete, private outlook and protection from the busy context. The railway is visible but inaudible inside the units through careful acoustic design.
