Our 3rd project for The Office Group comprises a 50,000 sqft conversion of the former BBC building on Marylebone High Street, developing their ‘office club’ concept. On the lower, more public floors, a subscription based office club allows members to access a wide range of office environments from private booth working, to communal bench working, to private meeting spaces, to large scale conferencing with all the back up you'd expect for such a use. The reception is in a 1930's building facing Marylebone High Street and has a part retail / part office feel. Upper floors are a mixture of differing types of private office. Great care has been taken to keep the corridors interesting and vibrant.
