Optomen TV are pioneers of cooking shows including Jamie Oliver, Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares and The F Word.
dMFK fitted out this 1,200 sqm NW London building as their head office. The former meals on wheels kitchen ground floor had no view or daylight & the upper floors were poor. Priority was to open up the building, creating a buzzy, relaxed feel, reflecting the friendly, non corporate nature of Optomen.
We created a reception with a strong catering feel in the centre, accessible from front and rear, facing a central staff break out area and a new courtyard. Huge windows were installed behind reception, & the ugly neighbouring building concealed with an advertising billboard. Upper floors are a combination of open plan & cellular offices, meeting rooms & edit suites.
