An elegant refurbishment of a pair of five storey, early eighteenth century, Grade II listed properties on Sackville Street, London W1.
The refurbishment of the buildings included re-organisation of the building’s retail element, entrance and reception to provide a generous and elegant sequence of spaces with new lighting, walnut flooring and a bespoke leather reception desk. Floor plates have been sensitively rationalised to provide a balance of private and open plan spaces which result in excellent quality office spaces.
Services have been installed with minimal impact on the listed character of the building. Extensive renovation and redecoration of the exterior of the building and new landscaping to courtyards, terraces and light-wells was carried out in close collaboration with Westminster City Council.
